This Policy describes how STEEL.gr (a member of Kazepi Group), as Data Controller, collects and processes personal data through Connectoras, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

2. What data we collect
- Contact/lead details: company, full name, email, phone, platform/ERP, number of SKUs.
- Account details: credentials, role, connection settings.
- Usage data & logs: actions, errors, IP, device/browser type.
- Business data: ERP data processed by the Service on your behalf (as Data Processor).

4. Recipients & Processors
Data may be shared with providers acting on our behalf (e.g. EU cloud hosting, payment providers such as Viva Wallet, email/SMS providers, AI services). We do not sell personal data.
5. International Transfers
Data is hosted on infrastructure within the EU. Any transfers outside the EU are carried out with appropriate safeguards (SCCs).
6. Retention Period
We retain data for the duration of the relationship and for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax documents). Leads without activation are retained for up to 24 months.
7. Your Rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent. Exercise them at info@steel.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, logging, per-customer data separation) to protect the data.
