These Terms of Use govern the use of the website connectoras.gr (as well as connectoras.eu and connectoras.com) and the services of the Connectoras platform, provided by STEEL.gr (a member of Kazepi Group), with registered offices at M. Alexandrou 45, Ampelokipoi, 56121 Thessaloniki, Greece. By using the website, you accept these terms.
1. Definitions
"Service" means the entire set of Connectoras products and modules (WEB, MarketPlace, Courier, AI, MCP Server, etc.) and the portal. "User" means any natural or legal person who uses the Service.
2. Scope
Connectoras provides software that connects the Soft1/SoftOne ERP with eshops, marketplaces, courier services and artificial intelligence services. The availability of specific connections per market/country may require an available API from a third-party provider.
3. Account & Access
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Unauthorised access, redistribution or copying of the Service is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.
4. Subscriptions, Charges & AI Credits
- Subscriptions are charged periodically (monthly/annually) according to the plan selected.
- AI Credits are prepaid, do not expire and are not included in any subscription.
- Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Installation costs may be invoiced separately.
- Payments are processed through licensed providers (e.g. Viva Wallet). We do not store card details.
5. User Obligations
You undertake to use the Service lawfully, not to attempt to interfere with its security or operation, and to comply with tax/customs legislation (including myDATA/AADE (Greek tax authority)) for the documents issued through the Service.
6. Availability & SLA
We make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted operation, without however guaranteeing 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where feasible.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the software, design, logos and content belong to STEEL.gr / Kazepi Group. The Service is provided under a licence to use, not by sale.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STEEL.gr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid over the last 12 months.
9. Data & Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the GDPR Compliance. Data is hosted on infrastructure within the EU (EU Cloud).
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Material changes are announced via the website or by email.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction.
